Crescent Community Health Center

My family and I are new to the area. Yesterday my grand daughter was feeling sick and had a very bad earache. I called several places and couldn't get a same day appointment. I called CCHC and was told to come on in . Staff was super friendly and helpful and the Dr. was awesome as well. Medicine filled fast . I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Saved me and my granddaughter alot of grief and this morning she is feeling so much better. Thank you to the staff !

I have called in 3 times this morning attempting to reach the dental department and the first time i briefly heard a person speak before being hung up on. The second time, I went through and waited, as soon as I was being transferred from hold, the call was immediately canceled. And the third time I was on hold for another 5 minutes before hanging up. Crazy concept: someone moved back to the area and didn't immediately update their phone number. So good luck if you dont have a 563 area code.

They have helped me so much through being sick. With insurance or without insurance. They will go by your income to make it affordable to you. These days it matters. They have also taken better care of me then the hospital and cared. That means a lot. I have gone to crescent for 15 plus years with my oldest and youngest son's. For their wellness check ups. Love them and the improvements they have made to serve the community, when I other offices are down in this area!

Crescent has been so good for me and nice to me there was one minor hiccup I’ve had but it was resolved and just a misunderstanding. They are so nice in the medical department where I go and nurses and doctors are very helpful and if your struggling financially they help you with the sliding fee scale highly recommend!

Every time I bring my mom to this place they call her back for her appointment extremely late . Like 30 minutes past her appointment time. That doesn’t include the 15 minutes they schedule before the appointment for check in. Our time is valuable to!!
