Went to Eyedeal Optical and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I have had at an optical shop. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend.
My glasses purchase was a great experience! Great products, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices.
I asked the lady to adjust only the nose pads and not the end pieces, explaining that you cant adjust those because they will break. Very simple stuff thats been done often at various places. For some reason while she's adjusting, a man says they can't be responsible if the glasses get damaged. I asked her to do one simple thing thats been done plenty of times at many other places. The adjustment was done and nothing was damaged. I'm not sure why you're getting involved or saying that outta your mouth. But I wont be returning just off this experience alone.
I have been a customer at Eyedeal Optical for some time now. Wonderful selection of glasses and Bob and Ada are very friendly and helpful. Makes picking out glasses easy and enjoyable.
I walked into Eyedeal with an issue with my contact lenses. I didn’t have an appointment and wasn’t an established patient, but received A+ care and attention anyway. Excellent care and excellent experience!
