We just want to thank Jake at the Kennedy Mall Dubuque LensCrafters who went above and beyond to adjust and fix a pair of glasses. We brought him our dad’s glasses that were purchased there this year, in hopes that he could fix the bent frame and nose pads. Our dad was in the hospital and getting his glasses back was important. Jake was awesome and our Dad was thrilled to have them. Highly recommend LensCrafters, especially Jake, for your optometry needs!

First time to LensCrafters’s in Dubuque and WOW was I impressed! To be greeted by every employee made me feel welcome and secure in my decision to have my eye examined and purchase my glasses from them. The exam process was smooth and complete. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was a telemedicine appointment. Frankly, it was amazing and I was impressed. Next, was the tough part - to find the perfect frame for my new prescription! I was extremely lucky to have Randy beside me throughout the process. I do believe he worked harder than I did to find the perfect frame, and it wasn’t easy, as I was looking for a “miracle” frame (trendy, age appropriate, and of course flattering)! Randy never gave up, helped me giggle along the way, and we ended up with two perfect frames. The final step of figuring out what I needed for my prescription was simple because Randy was knowledgeable and he made it easy to understand my options. I am pleased with every aspect of my experience from start to finish. I cannot wait to pick up my new glasses next week- I know they will be perfect thanks to the amazing team at the Dubuque LensCrafter’s!

Excellent service and many nice frames to choose from! Randy is a star, he helped me pick out 3 pair, took his time and gave honest opinions on each look. His expertise on lenses was appreciated! Randy's casual friendly manner creates a comfortable atmosphere in the store, and the other man (forgot his name) was also very helpful. Will recommend, will return!

Needed an emergency screw for my glasses and I gladly would’ve paid whatever. To my surprise they did it for free. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Very helpful staff in finding replacement frames that were broken! Amazing people with a lot of patience and skill. Definitely coming back!
