Lack of communication by any company will undoubtedly lose consumers; however, a rude and unapologetic tone for my hour and a half of time in going and returning cannot be repaid. My appointment was scheduled over two months in advance. When they called a few days prior, I verified everything necessary before I attended the appointment, to ensure I wouldn't waste my valuable time. Nevertheless, I took an Uber to my appointment, which caused issue in locating it, as the company name isn't apparent outside. So walking up and downstairs to locate it, after the car dropped me at the wrong address in the first place, I found them. Inside, after surrrendering my insurance cards, I was informed by an overseer that additional monies were necessary for the appointment. There was no offer to bill me, reschedule, or even investigate what happened. Whatever "training" they do or don't have, obviously is void of customer service.

I’ve been going to Crisp Vision Optometry for 5 or 6 years now and as far as I’m concerned Dr Sethi, Pria(Drs wife and Jill are the GOATs of optometry! From the moment you walk into the office you are welcomed with a smile from Jill, Pria also welcomes you with a smile and she gently runs your tests then Dr Sethi is a concerned gentle Doctor! I highly recommend their office, I just came home with the best pair of glasses perfect frame and perfect lenses!
I’ve been coming to this optometrist since I was a kid and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff really get to know you and make a mutual relationship. The office manger Priya is amazing! She will find time to make you feel welcomed and is very patient (I have a lot of questions.) Dr. Sethi really knows his stuff. They where able to catch when my vision when it was slowly deteriorating and told me I needed glasses. They have a lot of well known popular brands to choose from and made it easy to transition to glasses. I am thankful for there time and business and will continue to keep going to them for all my optometry needs. I definitely recommend try this place out. (They are also constantly cleaning to prevent COVID-19, in case anyone was curious)
My 2 kids had a fantastic experience at Crisp Vision Optometry. The entire team was friendly and professional. Dr. Sethi was incredibly thorough with the eye exam, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Highly recommend this clinic to military families looking for quality eye care and exceptional service!
Crisp Vision Optometry and Dr. Sethi offer considerate care to their patients, and are one of the few who offer dry eye treatment called MiBo. Dry eye can occur for a number of reasons, especially by staring at a computer screen or driving a car for hours on end. Have you ever had an eye pain that felt like a sharp pain (like needles) in your eye? It could be dry eye…an unrelenting pain so painful that it hurts to even open your eyes. A soldier survives with his/her vision. For you who have dry eye, this is a life-enhancing treatment, and well worth it. I highly recommend.
