Dr. Del Piero is a pro. I had my second evaluation there before getting laser eye surgery(photocoagulation). You can tell how much of an Elite eye doctor he is by the way he handles your eye. He's got the precision of a professional artist sculpting a statue. The procedure took no more than 10 minutes. The office staff was also very nice.
Very professional, thorough and friendly Doctors and staff. Dr. Del Piero and staff took the time to explain what was going on in my eye. I will not hesitate recommending his practice to friends based on my experience. He also came highly recommended from others professionals in the medical field who had family use his practice.
Del Piero made a dilution error during retinal attachment surgery. It resulted in the loss of my right eye, vision never returned. He never took responsibility. I could no longer work in my profession, take care of the family, not to mention the life changes. Go elsewhere please
Dr. Del Piero was professional and kind. He found two holes in my retina and fixed them with a barrage laser two days later. His staff were thoughtful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
The staff are unprofessional and impolite. Please teach your Jessica how to talk to patients and not to hang up when the conversation is not over. Very disappointed.
