I LOVE my new frames 🤩 I had a great experience at Crown Vision Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Kojima was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole visit was quick and easy without feeling rushed. The location is very convenient, and they have a great selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!

I visited this clinic expecting a proper eye exam, but my experience was different.. The visit lasted around 10–15 minutes, and it felt more like a quick glasses prescription check than a real comprehensive eye examination. They did not dilate my eyes, did not do any deep evaluation, and did not properly investigate the concerns I had. I was simply given a basic prescription and charged $75. For comparison, a previous clinic I visited took much more time, examined my eyes carefully from different angles, and even recommended a binocular vision evaluation for further testing. That made this visit feel incomplete and rushed. If someone only wants a quick prescription, this place may be fine. But if you are looking for a thorough, professional, and detailed eye exam, diagnosis especially if you have real concerns about your vision, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
I visited for the first time for an eye exam and found the staff highly qualified, very friendly, and the process quick. I am very grateful to have received my first pair of glasses.
I got the glasses I wanted but it took too long to get them…15 work days. In a world where people can get same day glasses more than a week is unreasonable. Some staff did not seem to care or offer an apology for the time it took. A simple sorry or explanation would go a long way. This is a little thing, but I was not given any cloth for wiping the glasses. I was told I could use the little sack the glasses come in. Struck me as kind of “cheap”. That being said the eye exam and process all went smoothly.
I called earlier this week and spoke to a Margie. She told me I could have my prescription emailed to me. I never got the email so I called back and she then told me oh we can’t email prescriptions you have to come in person. So I show up in person for my prescription and lo and behold I can’t get the prescription because it’s expired from 2024. Margie did not mention this to me on the phone after looking through my prescriptions, and had I had known this I wouldn’t have wasted the drive to get my prescription. Very frustrating experience and I will not be returning to this location or any crown vision.
