Excellent service -- very detailed testing and explanations by Dr. Kempf. If you need a good eye exam --- he's your guy. He'll answer all your questions and never appear rushed or impatient. Plus, he makes the process enjoyable, unlike some others in the medical profession. Highly recommended.
I'm a new patient with Fontana and thus far I have been extremely happy with their service. The actual eye care they do seems state-of-the-art. (It's nice that the use of eye-dilating chemicals isn't a necessity for them given the technology they have available!) The storefront which has their available frames is really nicely appointed and very comfortable. Overall I'm pleased to work with them and look forward to being one of their patients!
As always, my experience at Fontana Eyecare was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Kempf's explanations were thorough and while he had a recommendation for me, it came pressure-free. I'm glad that my family and I can rely on them for our eye health.
Dr. Kempf and staff are amazing! Welcoming, helpful and completely professional. This is by far the most efficiently run practice I have ever been to and I love that they continue to support Dr. Fontana's values.
It was my first appointment with a new eye doctor. The office was clean and modern. The technician and the doctor were patient with me and explained the tests, the results, and what they meant for me and why they're important. I felt like they took their time and listened to me and I didn't feel rushed.
