Arrived for an appointment that I confirmed a week in advance via their email confirmation process, yet they claimed to not have an appointment in their system when we arrived. They were completely nonchalant about it too. Trying to schedule a new appointment for another day, despite our 30min drive (with fuel costs sky high). Absolutely not. Received no apology, just an extreme lack of concern and lack of ownership of fault, despite me showing my confirmation. Will never return.

I have had the pleasure of using this location over the past 3 years. The location is always clean and the staff are friendly always willing to help! Their appointment times are honored the overall business is professionally ran. This is my top choice for sure.

They greet you as you walk in with a smile, no matter how busy. They LISTEN to what you want, they are patient and become your friend in glasses! They know insurance from different companies without looking it up. Great experience, reasonable prices, established personel and easy parking.

Really liked this vision center 20+ years ago and it’s only gotten better. The extra testing saved me from cataract surgery that some other optometrist claimed I needed.

I am pleased with Crown Vision Center in Oakville. Doctor Salena Pho gives a very thorough eye exam and she along with all the staff there make your experience a good one. I highly recommend Crown Vision Center.
