Upon arriving at Crystal Clear's office I was greeted and welcomed in as they appreciated me being there. There was a professional atmosphere from the receptionist/assistant to the optometrist. Everything was so nice.

They took great care in my examination and were just nice and polite going out of their way in making sure we okay with each step. Very professional and they do a really outstanding job.

The office manager was awesome. Dr.Franklin was very helpful and explained everything to me that I need to know about my eye visit every thing went very well!!!!!!!!
