Been going here since ~2020 and I keep coming back even though I’ve moved away from Mira Mesa. I love their selection and their receptionist/help (Vivian) is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I’ve gotten both contacts and glasses, sunglasses from this place and it’s been really good. The doctor is also kind and she remembers facts about me even though I only come 1x a year. I would recommend this office.
The very best! Not only is the vision exam comprehensive and reflects the doctor's knowledge, but the office in general has so many high quality frames to choose from. The staff is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that you get exactly what you need. They were very helpful in taking my insurance seamlessly and ensuring that my glasses were a perfect fit.
Best eye exam I've ever had in my life! I did not feel rushed and felt that the doctor was making sure I would get the most accurate prescription to help me see. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, highly recommend them.
Highly recommend Crystal Eyesight Optometry!! Dr Chi is very professional and knowledgeable. She goes over and beyond and is very through. Dr Chi takes her time to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease. The office staff is wonderful, kind and makes you feel welcome! Its the perfect place for all of your vision needs!!
The Optometrist is very knowledgeable and is always attentive to your questions or concerns. I never feel rushed and my appointments always go smoothly. All staff are nice and they always take care of you. Been going here for years. Highly recommend this office!
