I had my first appointment today and it was a relatively comfortable atmosphere. All the employees have a spectacular bedside manner and were able to effectively assuage any anxieties that I had. The machines were fascinating and the process was smooth + quick + painless. Word!!! This will be my new optometrist for sure!
My daughter and I have been visiting Dr Triggs since our previous optometrist retired. We love the care we receive at the office. Everyone is super inviting and fun. My daughter has a speech delay and Dr Triggs does so great with understanding her needs. We are so glad to have been recommended to her.
I hadn’t been to this place before and wasn’t sure of the location. A member of the staff came out and helped me get to the location. I entered the office and staff was cordial, helping check in process go well and available to answer any questions needed. The waiting process was acceptable and again when checking eye out thoroughly explained what was happening and could be expected. The eye doctor was also very cordial and explained what was happening as well as viewing what an eye looks like. She went through each part of exam with care, gentleness, and understanding, when finding appropriate treatment, with the eyes. A staff member took time to help see what frames looked good and best suited me.
I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Triggs and her entire office staff! They were ALL very friendly and professional. I did not feel rushed through my office visit. Dr. Triggs was very thorough and I can tell that she is passionate about her profession! In fact, I referred my sister to Dr. Triggs when it is time for her next eye appointment (as she is looking to switch doctors).
My experience was great. I was welcome with a smile and treated as a friend at the front desk. When I went in for my test before, seeing my doctor, the experience was friendly, professional, and easy. When Dr. Heather came in, he was like greeting an old friend. We had friendly talk before we started on all the other tests we needed and I left knowing I would be back time and time again nice to go in to a professional and get smiles and greetings from the first time you walk in the door until you walk out.
