They took my insurance which is cool but I got my prescription, got my glasses made next door and my right eye was totally wrong. My prescription didnt really change so I double checked across all my old glasses and the right eye was significantly better in them. So now I cant see if im looking straight or to the right with my right eye. Double checked with the actual glasses sellers that made them next door, took time to get used to them, THEN had to come back after I realized I straight up couldn't even see a stop sign correctly with my right eye, they checked that followed the prescription right - they did. So I had to go back to the optometrist side where I was told I had to make another appointment half a month away. They didnt even try to squeeze me in or ask if I could just try to talk to the doctor who JUST DID my exam. So now Im boned for half a month not being able to see out of my right eye very well which I need for my job and just in general and im 90% certain im gonna have to pay for the glasses again, not sure if theyre gonna make me pay for the appointment.
Pretty slow, need more staffing or something? 20 minutes and no one called up to receive help. Update: I should add that once we finely got service, it was excellent- but a long wait, which normally isn't the case.
Got my glasses, amazing price! I had help from kenli, very kind and helpful and everyone there was so nice! Would 100% recommend!!
From setting the appointment to the visit with the Doctor... Everything is fairly easy... Picking the frames is a little overwhelming because of the large selection of frames... No ... It was great but I could use a spare set and can't wait to see what they look like... Update coming soon 🔜Liza wants another pair to ... Great value awaits You...
