LensCrafters

Gemma was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution to our minor situation. What started out as an overwhelming situation quickly turned into a positive one because of her professionalism and kindness. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find, and I truly appreciate everything she did. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and easy experience!

Raymond did a great job guiding me to frames that worked well on my face. He also explained how the progressive lens works so I could understand how that change worked better for me. He also guided me to the Blue light option for working on the computer. The experience was great! I am excited to get my new glasses in a few days. I have purchased glasses from Raymond for over 10 years. My whole family loves having him help us.

Ryan at LensCrafters provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in detail, making sure I fully understood my options. He was patient, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping customers. Highly recommend working with Ryan!

I have been a long-time customer at Lens Crafters. I appreciate the huge selection and excellent service. Last week was no exception. I probably had 14 frames I was trying to decide between. Raymond and John both were so helpful and patient and offered smart advice for my particular face shape and desired look. I walked out excited. They even came in early! Great place!!

Raymond in the Topeka store has always been so helpful! I was there yesterday to get new glasses and he had my new glasses ready so fast and they are the best I have ever had. He is the only one I trust. I tease him and tell him he can never retire. I appreciate his help! Thank you Roxann Johnson
