Chris at Crystal Vision (Scranton) was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to help fix my daughter’s glasses, tirelessly working to reuse her current lenses and fit them perfectly into a new frame. His patience, skill, and attention to detail were truly impressive. We were in and out within an hour, the price was great, and the service was absolutely top-notch. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about doing the job right. My daughter and I were both anxious but their empathy truly made a difference. Wonderful experience! The staff not only helped me understand what the insurance was going to cover but actually in detail so I could understand it. Caroline helped me pick out glasses that were right for my face shape. Incredibly kind, courteous and informative.

The eye exam was ok. No issues there. The First time I was notified I went in and the prescription on the left eye was incorrect. Waited about another week and got notified again. I went in and the prescription was the right one. However after I examined my glasses I noticed the lenses were thick and the same size as my previous pair which had no upgrades. I've had a pair of thin lenses at one point and when I was offered the upgrade to thinner lenses I went with it, thinking it was the same but when I asked about it the guy at the front gave me an attitude and was very rude. I told him I dont understand what the issue is im just trying to understand what material I paid for because I thought I was paying for the thinner lenses. He said those were it. They have decent prices they just need to get better with the customer Service.

Great place to get all your eye needs met. Kelly was awesome and dealt with me for like 2 hours. The whole crystal visions crew is hilarious too, and hearing their banter is top tier

I go to Crystal Vision because everyone is so nice and this time was no different. Kelly took care of me and she was awesome! Beautiful smile, funny but knew what she was doing and was very helpful to me. She picked out my frames, actually. So, basically, I better get good reviews too…LOL. Kelly has the perfect personality for dealing with the public. So thank you to the staff at Crystal Vision, especially Kelly.
