Julia at Viewmont Mall in Scranton was incredible! She was friendly, personable, clearly explained my choices and helped guide me for the best savings. She was a gem and has great customer service skills. The female dr I saw there was fantastic and explained everything she saw in clear terms. Great experience overall!

Very happy with my experience and my new glasses. The Dr was so thorough and explained everything and the opticians were great. They helped picking out frames and making sure I could see properly out of my new lenses.

For the last few years we were getting our glasses from our doctor's office and we didn't like how the glasses turned out, they weren't cheap glasses at that. We got our prescriptions last Friday and decided to go to another popular chain. Well, that experience was bad. So we left and decided to go to VisionWorks. And were we pleasantly surprised! There were literally 10 people picking up their glasses on a Sunday afternoon when the other store didn't have a single customer! Lisa, helped us with checking whether our insurance was covered, and then sat down to input our information and do her measurements and take in the orders. The store closed at 4pm but Lisa stayed till 4:15 to make sure that we were taken care of! We were extremely happy with our overall experience with the store as well as the selections and then came the prices! My wife got two pairs of glasses with anti reflective coating and blue light prediction for the price of one pair of glasses from the other store and our doctor's office! I got my progressive lens with premium anti reflective coating, transition and blue light protection on a Columbia frame for almost $250 less than what I've been charged the last 4 years! We will definitely go to visionworks for all of our vision needs and will recommend the store to our friends as well! Please give Lisa a raise!

There was no waiting. I was taken care of immediately. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Including myCheck-up, picking out glasses and purchasing the order. The Staff was friendly. They knew what my insurance covered and helped me to pick out the size glasses best fit for my face. The Doctor explained the film of my eyes and was very kind. I had the same experience when I went last year as well. Thank you and God bless.

I was having a hard time finding a place to get glasses. After years of buying glasses from my doctor's office and not being totally happy, I stopped in to Lens Crafters on a Sunday afternoon. In short, I found them to be condescending and they didn't make me feel welcomed. On a whim my husband and I walked down to Visionworks. My expectations were low. I knew them to be a budget chain and worried they would only offer cheaply made options. I was totally wrong. The store had an awesome variety of frames. Tons of different colors, shapes, prices, and brands to choose from. But the best part of Visionworks was Lisa. Lisa stayed late to help us finish up our order. She was up to date on trends and offered suggestions. She was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and helpful additions to my lenses. She went so far above and beyond! We will definitely be back for all our needs.
