I had the best experience at Crystal Vision Center. This was by far the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. The specialist was very detailed, took the time to carefully evaluate everything, and explained everything clearly. I was given exactly what I needed to improve my vision. In addition, the receptionist was very kind and helped me choose my glasses with patience, allowing me to take my time without any pressure and with great courtesy. The environment is comfortable and professional. Excellent service, professionalism, and care. Highly recommended!

Older mid aged lady with the bun and glasses is extremely rude. I have been coming here forever and she’s always been that way. This time however was different. She jumped down my throat as I was asking a question. The doctor has always been super great and very nice, front desk though is not.

My wife and I have been there twice. And we never had an issue with the staff there. The doctor is always very friendly and the staff helps us out when we need it.
