Fantastic doctor & staff! Love the girls on the side where you pick your glasses.

I do not recommend this facility period. My wife and I both have spoke to employees on the phone there and the ignorance and attitude is unacceptable. We were told prior to going there it was the greatest place around.. I'll definitely feel better spending my hard earned money elsewhere. Somewhere that speaks to others with decency. And does not cut them off while explaining something. Ps not the dr or the manager they are awesome people. But the face of the facility aka the front desk.. people answering the telephone. Just turns people from a business. No matter how great the end result it.

Booked an appointment online. Claiming they don't have a website yet clearly I was able to book online. Drove an hour for an appointment to be told I didn't have one and they couldn't get me in until October. Girls at front desk were not nice and took a call while in middle of talking to me. I had an eye exam at the Lavale Walmart and didn't trust that the optometrist there had any idea what he was doing. I scheduled another exam with Dr. Ricker and he performed a good and professional exam and got my prescription right (the Walmart optometrist had previously screwed that up). If you're around Cumberland-Frostburg, this is the place to go.
