I was able to get an appointment quickly, there is ample parking (downtown), and received a thorough exam. There was a mix-up with the frame- lens fit that led to a minor delay, but I got my best glasses yet, and the final fitting was excellent. I would recommend them easily, I will be getting my next pair there as well.
I really appreciate the quick response to my request for an appointment. The appointment was within an hour of my phone call to lifetime eye care. The service was professional and very helpful to remedy my problem with My dry eyes. I would totally recommend lifetime. I care to many of my associates and family. I can an do recommend it and have been going for decades. I appreciate being seen by a second doctor when Dr. Poland is not available until January. I was pleased to have my immediate concerns answered and a second appointment to allow me to finish the yearly exam and to look at frames next week. I have always selected two frames and enjoy the selection. Gracious reception and service at the desk and with Dr. B. The new layout is open and expansive.
I got a lash lift that went very wrong so I had to come in today. Dr Maynard was wonderful, he put me at ease and truly showed he cared. I will absolutely be back to him. Thank you to all the staff, everyone was so kind and helpful.
Dr. Manard is awesome. He's very personable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. The staff are also awesome - they're always welcoming and pleasant. We have just completed our second annual eye exam with Lifetime Eyecare, and we will continue to come here because it's such a positive experience every time. Highly recommend!
