I had an amazing day receiving my Chrome Heart sunglasses and new lenses in my Chrome frames today, the fourth pair I’ve owned after loving Tom Ford, but meeting Cora and James opened me up to a very different world. I brought a peer with me this week, and as we were leaving she remarked, “Gosh, they treat you like royalty in there,” which is true—every time I come in James greets me as Mr. Carr and holds the door, a level of professionalism, kindness, and class that’s simply superb. Cora has helped with every part of the process, and I continually hope she’ll be in before I visit because I can trust she’ll be honest about what looks good on me, in the nicest possible way; her customer service makes spending $1,500–$2,000 on glasses feel much less painful. She takes her time, gives me her undivided attention, and makes me feel like I’m the only person that matters while I’m there. Transitioning to bifocals this year was a challenge, but she and James were knowledgeable and helped ease my concerns, dispelling any preconceptions or fears. I’m incredibly grateful for Cora and James—since the day I walked into the store, the experience has been amazing.
