Eyemart Express

This is the first time I've used an Eyemart Express and I was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I had a tough time finding frames I liked so I ended up getting youth frames since they fit my face better. The frames seem to be good quality and so far I am happy with them. The person I worked with to order my glasses was very knowledgeable and explained the pricing so it was easy to understand. I ended up paying a little more than planned but I got a warranty on the lenses which I believe was worth the extra money. When I went back to pick up my glasses the person who adjusted the glasses did a good job also. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend them for glasses.

Doctor was so nice in explaining everything and that lady who helped me my glasses was awesome, and welcoming with helping me with adding the extra stuff I need for my main glasses. She also helped with my second pair that I was able to get same day!! I have pretty bad vision and have never been able to get a pair of glasses same day, highly recommend and I’ll be back to get my sunglasses as well

Had an excellent experience here. The Dr was very professional and did a good job explaining what was necessary and what wasn't. The glasses I got are comfortable and well made. Overall very happy with this store. The only critique is they could have a wider selection of men's designer frames.

I am so disappointed in my experience here. I have been a patient at this office for serval years and during my most recent visit for my annual eye exam, I was treated very poorly. The lady I was dealing with when I was checking in for my eye exam made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a loyal patient. Her attitude was bad and very unwelcoming!!!!! I was uncomfortable with her asking me personal questions I didn’t feel like she needed to know because she’s not the doctor.I have always loved coming to this office and the ladies at the front desk are always nice and welcoming. I have never dealt with this lady before I’m not sure if she’s new or what. I really hope the management will take this feedback seriously so nobody else has this same experience as I had today.

The ladies doing the check in for eye exams are very rude and, they don’t know what they’re doing!! They said I wasn’t covered under my husband’s insurance and that they personally called and they told her I wasn’t covered either. I called my Insurance company as soon as I left and they told me I was covered. So I called the eye place back and she decided to talk over me and not listen to anything I said. I just called another eye place and they had no problem finding my insurance and setting up an appointment for me and my daughter!! Do not recommend!
