The staff here are all kind and considerate. Drs Teeter and Cunningham are knowledgeable, articulate and friendly. They work with my special needs children very well. I highly recommend their services to anyone! Their turnover rate for optometrists is virtually non-existent. Newest member of the team is third generation Cunningham and she is fantastic!

The staff was excellent! They are so kind and take the time to explain everything they're doing. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. He actually explained things in "people" terminology. I will not go anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend Cunningham Optical.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from. Adrienne was incredibly helpful selecting the perfect frames that suit my face and style I was looking for. Great experience, I will definitely be back.

My family and I have been going to this place for over 15 years. I made an appt no problem. 5 minutes later I get a call back saying I don’t have coverage. I changed my insurance the first of the year (not coverage just type). I said that’s weird so I call my insurance and yes I do have coverage so I call them back. Nope they said no coverage however if I would like to pay out of pocket for the exam I can do that. Ummmm why would I do that if I have coverage. So I check to see if they are in network. Nope they aren’t. They could have told me that instead of telling me I don’t have coverage. So now I go somewhere else that’s WAY BETTER! Fast forward to this past week, I take my grandmother there bc she doesn’t want to change eye dr. After an hour of waiting the girl that helped her pick out glasses (which didnt even help at all) didn’t even check her out properly, didn’t tell her the price total, just up and left for break with no communication. Even the office manager didn’t know where she put the order at or what she did for my grandmother. So the office manager started the order all over after already being there for an hour. HERES THE KICKER……THE OFFICE MANAGER WENT OVER EVERYTHING MY GRANDMOTHER ORDERED, WHAT HER INSURANCE PAID, AND EVEN WROTE A CHECK FOR THE TOTAL OF $236!! NOW FAST FORWARD TO TODAY…..MY GRANDMOTHER GOES TO PICK UP HER GLASSES AND HAS TO PAY ANOTHER $116 BC THEY CLAIM THEY DIDNT ADD IN THE ACTIVE DARKENING FOR HER GLASSES AT THE TIME THE CHECK WAS WROTE EVEN THOUGH THE OFFICE MANAGER INCLUDED IT IN THE LIST BEFORE THAT $236 CHECK WAS WROTE!!!! Another issue I saw While we were waiting was another customer came in to see if his order was in bc it had been over a week waiting for a call for it and they didn’t even put in the order!!! They were asking him if he knew it was in…..UMMM ISNT THAT YOUR JOB???? Also while there I asked for a HIPPA form to fill out for my grandmother, the office manager searched for 10 minutes, and then tells me she can’t find them and she doesn’t know where the dr puts them and he’s on vacation….. what kind of business can’t find a HIPPA FORM ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU’RE THE OFFICE MANAGER??? Needless to say Cunningham MAYBE used to be a decent place for eye care but now…….THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A RIP OFF!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!! Update: I called about the extra charge and the girl at the front desk said it was for the xtra active gray tint that didn’t get added to my grandmothers bill so I look at the receipt and that’s not even accurate! The extra charge was for the anti reflective coating on the lens that my grandmother specially said, while I was sitting there, she didn’t want. So the information you get isn’t even true. I spoke to the office manager and she said she’ll call back tomorrow…. So we’ll see how that goes. Also when my grandmother went in to pick up her glasses the girl didn’t even adjust them to make sure they fit her. The first thing she said to her was you owe more, gave them to her in the case, and walked away!!! The customer service here is HORRIBLE Update: Theresa the office manager called me and said they made a mistake and gave my grandmother the refund of $116 back onto her card. After that she had the audacity to ask me if I would take this review down bc she doesn’t want others to see it!!!! I told her I absolutely will not take it down. Ppl need to know they are being over charged and to be careful to examine their charges before getting glasses!! I went to my new dr yesterday and he told me I have 20/20 and having reading glasses won’t really help my astigmatism so that means the glasses I got the last time I went here were not even needed, I never wore them anyways bc they didn’t help, and tells me after what they just did to my grandmother all they want is money and want to rip off their customers……take this review down???? No thanks! I’m leaving it for all of you reading this to judge for yourself :)

Time wasters. Called me in for my glasses delivery without them actually being there yet. Gas is expensive, if you get your glasses in ask them to double check if they are ACTUALLY there because there is some learning issue at that place. Glad I only need new glasses every few years or so because this is ridiculous.
