Dr. Was great, very professional and knowledgeable, so 2 stars for him.However, the sales side lost 3 stars because the new glasses were terrible!! I paid extra for scratch protection, and less than 3 months, they are badly scratched, and these are work glasses. Save your money and frustrations and get your prescription, but don't waste your money getting frames there. Service was not good, I've worn glasses most of my life and the service was poor. Overall, I would not ever go back here. Don't waste people's money who expect better. I've been having to use my old glasses ( from Walmart, 2 yrs old) because the ones from here are no good.

Five + stars for Dr. Rich and his staff. He is thorough, attentive, and I feel confident that the health of his patients’ eyes are his top priority. He is always upbeat and his staff is always very kind.

LOVE that they offer some evening and Saturday hours of service. Always on time for appointments. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing. Good selection of frames.

Well, I bought two pair of glasses. My regular glasses for home are just fine but the glasses I got for my work that they made they were too light not heavy. They use the wrong material obviously because I have a pair of glasses I bought at Walmart and they blasted it for over three years and they look way better than the ones I bought and they went bad in less than a month I usually don’t put reviews like this, but I’m just telling you the truth when I look through my other glasses all I see are scratches very bad shape, poor quality and I’m not happy and I promise you I will never go there again because people don’t know what they’re doing. They tried to copy from my other glasses and they failed
