I had my first appointment, and it was great. The staff is incredibly friendly and respectful; they see you on time, explain everything, and the exam is very, very thorough. I booked my appointment online—it was very easy—and the prices didn't change (unlike some places where you check prices online only to get hit with "extra" charges later). They provide very clear information regarding both your eye health and the costs (in my case, for glasses). They are truly professionals in their field.

I went in for my annual eye exam and all the staff was so kind and ready to help. Especially Cristina, Madalynn & Alexia. The doctor, Dr. Chui, was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable through the whole exam, and even explained all the details and answered all the questions I had. Very lovely people!

Custom Eye Care is the best place to go if you need to get your eyes checked or need glasses they have the BEST Customer Service, Dr. Elaine Vlasak, Optometrist is very sweet, caring and compassionate with her patients. The staff has the BEST Customer Service so if your still looking for GREAT customer service look no further you will not be disappointed. I would definitely recommend Custom Eye Care to family and friends. Thank you for always making me feel special when I go in there and not just a number. Keep up the GREAT work everyone. I have been going to see Dr. Vlasak for my dry eyes. She is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about dry eyes and very caring. She has equipment that has really helped me with my dry eyes. This is the only place that has helped me. The staff is wonderful! Always pleasant and helpful. I love this place! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Vlasak and her staff! I highly recommend them.

I have been a client for nearly a decade - there’s no one else I would put my trust in for my contacts and glasses besides Dr.Vlasak Mr. Mark! They treat me like family with genuine care for my eyesight, and I always leave feeling like my needs have been exceeded. Love my new glasses!!!!
