I had a great experience at Cypress Ranch Vision today. The entire team was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The service was efficient, well-organized, and truly exceeded my expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Had my eye appointment today and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I truly appreciated the kindness and care I received. Highly recommend!

Came here for the first time to check out glass collection, saw the great reviews online and decided to check for earliest appointment. Visited them 11:30 and got appointment for 1:30. Came at 1:30 and saw doctor for 2 mins at 2:57 pm-thats like a urgent care wait time! I didn't even see the doctor I was told I am scheduled with. Not coming back.

I visited this office for the first time at Cy Ranch Vision and left feeling disappointed. During the visit, I felt there was an attempt to upsell non-FDA-approved vitamins as part of the treatment, which made me uncomfortable. I saw Dr. Mai, who was friendly, but the communication felt lacking. I didn’t feel that my concerns were fully understood, and the treatment plan was not clearly explained. When a doctor cannot clearly explain a treatment plan, it becomes difficult to trust the care being provided. At times, it felt like recommendations were being made without sufficient explanation, which came across as more sales-driven than patient-focused. Based on this experience, we would not return or recommend this office.
