The best eye I've ever had, they found my problem and fixed it. We moved out of state and the office sent all my records to me. The ladies at the desk are professional and nice. Always let me know of upcoming appointments. Very good eye doctor, would recommend him to anyone.
Went here for the first time today and I had to bring my almost 18 month old son with me. Even though my son is loud and crazy, everyone at the clinic made me feel welcomed and cared for. The doctor even gave my son things to play with to try to keep him entertained. Having a screaming toddler with you at the eye doctor isn't always a great experience, but this definitely was. A great family friendly place, I couldn't be more thankful for everyone that was there. Thank you!
It's amazing that in 2024 there are STILL medical service providers that DO NOT have automatic door openers installed for their clients in wheel chairs. This is the case with Dallas Vision Clinic in Dallas Oregon. As clients in wheelchairs struggle to awkwardly open the front doors, the front desk staff stands idly by doing absolutely nothing to offer assistance, but they are all smiles and happiness once the client manages to make it through and reach the front desk. They are clearly too busy to offer assistance or simply don't care. Clearly, empathy is not an attribute espoused by Dr. Knowles and his minor league staff. Absolute shame.
Even though I had my eyes tested there, my new eye glasses that I got there did not correct my vision any more than my previous eye glasses did.
Best place in town for all of your vision needs! Every single person that works here is lovely! They are very knowledgable, kind, and patient! They have a great selection of frames and sunglasses and are so helpful in choosing the best looking and best fitting glasses! Hands down, best vision clinic I've ever used!
