Everyone at Daniel Island Eyecare was professional, thorough, and accommodating. I truly appreciated the expertise and care I received throughout my visit. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 relates to my checkout experience. When I thanked the associate for providing the pricing to update the lenses in my glasses and mentioned that I planned to compare prices before purchasing, I was told the price would be the same regardless of where I went. That simply isn’t accurate. I value the expertise and experience of Daniel Island Eyecare, which is why I choose them for my eye care. However, I also believe it’s reasonable to shop around for products like lenses, glasses, and contact lenses, where pricing can vary significantly. I would have appreciated a response that acknowledged that reality rather than suggesting a falsehood.

I have been going to Daniel Island Eye Care for close to ten years. They were the first time I personally had a good experience with an eye doctor. No long wait time, you are taken back when your appointment is scheduled, no dilated eyes. A fast, smooth, easy process. The staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Dr. Turner and his team were outstanding. I had an urgent eye issue and they had me come in quickly, i had my diagnosis quickly, and a plan in place. I have a lot of anxiety around my eyes and Dr Turner’s chill demeanor calmed me down a lot. I would happily have them as my routine eye doctors, if I can convince myself to go more often. 😬

I had a medical eye emergency and thought that I had made an appointment but when I showed up realized I had made it for the following week. It was on a Friday and I couldn’t find any eye doctor open or with any availability. They were able to get a doctor in to see me and I was able to go into the weekend with antibiotics for an eye ulcer. The entire staff was so nice and it’s obvious they care about helping people. Highly recommend! I will definitely give them my business in the future
