Dr. Perry is very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Even though she is clearly very busy, whenever she is actually in the room with me, I feel like I have her full attention. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain things without making the appointment feel rushed. My biggest concern is the wait time. I’ve seen her three times now, and each visit has taken several hours. My first appointment took about three hours before I was initially seen, followed by more waiting, and the entire visit ended up taking roughly five hours. The last two visits were each around 4.5 hours as well. This is especially frustrating when patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. By the time the appointment is finished, I’m also usually dealing with over an hour of traffic on the drive home, so the entire experience can take up a large portion of the day. I really do appreciate Dr. Perry and the quality of care she provides. My only recommendation would be for MUSC to improve the scheduling process or better communicate expected delays, because the amount of time spent waiting is difficult to plan around.

This place is well run and orerganized. From check in to check out it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Wait times were very short. I received good care.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I was 10 minutes late due to a wreck. Called to tell them I was late due to getting behind a wreck (Gynocology department Kelsey Burlington Loeliger). I was told there was a 15 minute grace period. I walked into the office at 9:15 to be told I would have to reschedule after taking off work and driving 30 minutes to this appointment. Horrible experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
