This was my last time setting foot in this office. Our appointment was at 10:15 a.m., and we arrived at 10:20 a.m. The woman with the blue hair told us that because we were “15 minutes late,” we would have to be seen later. However, we weren’t actually taken back until 11:15 a.m. I asked what their late policy was, and she responded, “We don’t have one.” That made no sense. If there is no late policy, why were we told we would have to wait because we were late? There was also another family with a 10:00 appointment who was still waiting. The customer service throughout the visit was disappointing. There was no greeting—just, “Do you have your insurance card?” After the exam, we went to purchase contact lenses. The receptionist, Julie, was very unfriendly. I explained that we wanted to order a six-month supply. While she was helping us, she stopped to take a personal phone call. While we were waiting, my own phone rang, so I answered the call. She then handed me my card and receipt back, and we sat down to wait after the dilation exam. When I went back to the desk to request that the contacts be shipped, she told me it would cost $20. I said, “Okay,” and reached for my phone. She immediately said, “I need your physical card.” I handed it to her. Afterward, I asked, “Are you okay?” She replied, “You were on your phone.” I responded, “So were you—you answered a phone call, and so did I.” Instead of handling the situation professionally, she abruptly handed my card back after finishing the transaction. At that point, I asked to speak with the office manager and waited to be seen. The entire experience felt cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. From the front desk staff to the lack of basic courtesy, we were treated as though we were an inconvenience rather than patients. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office based on the customer service we experienced.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful the medical team is. Everyone we have interacted with really gets kids and how to talk to parents. I had to nurse my infant while the Dr gave me instructions on my 5 yr old and he didn’t mind at all just respectfully looked in a different direction. The waiting room is drab and the tv is never on. They are only at the Westminster office on Wednesdays so its not a very “homey” office and other doctors make use of the space as well so it is a little chaotic and crowded. But the doctors are worth it.

I had an appointment for my son with Dr Andorsky at the Westminster office at 9am. At 9:30 we had still not been called back. At 9:40, we walked out because my child needed to get to school. The same thing happened last year which tells me this dr runs chronically late. The people were not friendly and the office was dumpy. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love Dr. Fiergang! My daughters vision has improved from 20/80 to 20/40 with his guidance. Offer a wide selection of children’s glasses including Dilli Dalli. Friendly staff. Never have issues getting or changing an appointment. I’m so glad we picked this practice!

Spoke with someone on the phone when I made an appointment. I walk into the office the day of my appointment and they will not allow me back in the room with my two other children. No one said anything about this when I scheduled the appointment. The girl at the front desk made it a point to walk back to the waiting room when I was called to make sure I didn’t walk back with my other two children. Absolutely ridiculous! If they are that firm on not allowing siblings back they should make that clear when scheduling the appointment so I could have made other arrangements.
