I have been coming to Dr Okura for many years, she thoroug, professional and very attentive. Everytime I have an appointment I feel at home. Her staff is super friendly, I especially love how they know who I am and the kind of frames I like and help me chose the one that best fits me.

I selected Dr. Okura based on her reviews, and I am fortunate to have found her. Highly professional and she identified the root cause of an eye condition which was causing me concerns.

Dr. Okura and her team are great! The last glasses prescription I got somewhere else was wrong and I was having a lot of headaches and eye strain. Dr. Okura did a thorough exam and gave me a new prescription that works great! Her team also helped me pick out lighter frames because my old ones were putting too much pressure on my nose. My eyes are a lot more comfortable now, my new frames are way cuter, and no more headaches!

Very professional and friendly. I wanted three pair of glasses using my own frames. There was absolutely no problem with that. The optician was courteous and knowledgable. The premises were clean, organized and attractive. I needed one of the pair of glasses before it was due to come in for a DMV appointment. I spoke with the receiptionist, she said she would call the lab and see what she could do. She called me the day after I inquired and informed me that the pair of glasses I needed had arrived. This was great customer service above and beyond and certainly saved me a lot of time and frustration. I would recommend this establishment any time.

I've been seeing Dr. Okura for my eye care and glasses for over 20 years. I've ALWAYS received impeccable service and care from both the staff and the doctor. She's very thorough and I've NEVER left her office feeling disappointed with the care I received. WHAT'S ALSO AS IMPORTANT IS THAT DR. OKURA IS A WONDERFUL PERSON. I LOVE BEING HER PATIENT!
