Although I had not read any reviews about this particular Optometry business, EBright in Vallejo, I thought I would give them a try. Unfortunately, things didn't work out for me. Among the egregious disappointments was an incorrect optometric Rx and wrong measurement for my progressive lenses. The frames I selected with staff encouragement were too large for my face and rest painfully on my cheeks. Additionally and again unfortunate for me the lab would not allow me to select an alternate frame, although they had to replace the original lenses due to the incorrect eye exam prescription. Staff at Ebright would not advocate for me. Their advocacy could possibly have been helpful in changing the labs decision given the wrong prescription and need to replace the glasses. So, my ultimate outcome is a pair of every expensive glasses that I cannot wear because they rest uncomfortably and painfully on my cheeks. Which, by the way may, over time cause bruising on my face. I highly recommend that you avoid this business and select from other options, with positive reviews.
