The optometrist and her staff are amazing. She was very kind and caring during the exam and answered all of my questions and even cared about other diagnosis that I have and spoke with me about those. We got our glasses within a week. Amazing amazing I will be going back and recommend them.
I have been seeing doctor Mendoza for several years now, and I am always so impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough her eye exams are. When I was experiencing an ocular emergency, Dr. Mendoza graciously fit me into her very full schedule to take a look at my eye. Her optical acumen was apparent as she explained the diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan. I feel confident that my eyes are in good hands under Dr. Mendoza's care. 10/10 recommend.
Dr Mendoza is probably my favorite doctor of all time. Other doctors tend to make you feel rushed, but Dr Mendoza really takes the time to figure out what’s going on. I feel very comfortable there. Nice staff, no issues with scheduling/billing/etc
Took me about 45 minutes to find a pair of glasses that I was comfortable in with their selection And when receiving my glasses, come to find out, they ordered the wrong frames , Would not allow me to get my eye prescription without paying for my glasses that were the wrong ones , And there was no doctor in office for me to speak to, so I had to wait for a phone call back and it’s now been around 2 1/2 to three weeks still no call Back and now stuck with glasses that I did not order
This business is the absolute definition of Perfection! I had my prescription done about a year ago With Doctor Mendoza and I owe her alot for giving me and my dad a perfect fit! Honestly, I need more ophthalmologist like this in California! I would also like to thank Maggie for her calm, friendly, and understanding nature!
