I purchased hearing aids here. The office is always accommodating and pleasant staff. Whenever I need assistance they are on it asap. Love my hearings aids. If you need them be sure to ad on the box that connects to your tv or stereo and sends sound directly to your ears. I can also send music to my ears from my smartphone when I’m mowing grass. I cover my ears with hearing protectors. The hearing aids are under them.
My is Angelita Warner I came in today 3/25/26 I was surprise to the staff are very nice people the doctor who came check me she was very friendly honest she explained everything to me what’s going on in my eyes she not the same doctor I went to they don’t tell you anything I was very happy that she check me today I thank her for everything thank you Saundra Austin for being honest to me and the office is closer to me it’s just in Hanover thank you again and Joe Mahone he is very kind
This hearing aid store is great, they are not about money but talking care of people hearing aid needs I highly recommend
In January, I purchased my hearing aids through Darrell M. Sipe. The staff was excellent back then in dealing with my insurance company, and they were just as good today when I went in with a problem with my right hearing aid. They were able to fix the problem within the matter of minutes and urged me not to hesitate in the future in seeking their help. To me this is a prime example as to why they are named number one in customer service year in and year out and in my humble opinion they certainly deserve it. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking help with their hearing.
I am here visiting My daughter and I needed my hearing aids to be looked at and to have the ear buds replaced because the ones I had were not fitted properly. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient, professional, and personable this office was in meeting my needs.
