Our experience with Hemler Family Eye Care has been nothing but a blessing! Each member of the staff takes their job seriously and cares for each patient! It is a professional office that has not lost the personal touch. My husband and I first started going there 3 years ago and since our son and grandchildren have started going to this office. They are excellent with each age group... and Dr Van Dell is amazing!
Dr. Hemler and his entire staff are very diligent in their work. They are aware of your time frame and provide the best service. I would recommend this practice to anyone searching for a true, concerned doctor and staff.

After being a patient for years, the billing department wants me to pay upfront due to prior issues from years ago when I have having a difficult time financially. Also, tried to put my husband in contacts as a trial and when it didn't work out we had to pay what I believe the insurance paid. We will not be back. And their frame selection sucks. Thanks for the snarky comment!!! Maybe you should rethink how you treat patients or just people in general, based on other reviews of your practice. Don't wish me well, I will be just fine without you. It didn't take me long to find a compassionate doctor that truly cares about patient care over profit.
From the minute you walk through their door, you're greeted by their friendly front desk associates, who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Then, no more than a two minute wait, which gives you time to take in everything, I was then approached by Anna, the sweetest, nicest, and most experienced vision tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Right from the start, I knew I was in good hands, the level of customer service Anna has is easily off the chart, and the experience she has was astounding as well. The guidance and recommendations from Anna for helping me through my ordeal quickly minimized any doubts I had about getting done what I needed to. The great communication skills she possesses and the level of expertise I experienced with Anna, made it a very memorable experience. If anyone asks me where to go to get glasses, I will tell them to go to Hemlers Eye Care for sure, and ask for Anna, she's the best.
