I had a wonderful experience the other day. I almost didn’t go back because of the experience. I had four years ago and I vowed I would never step foot into that office again, but I broke my glasses and really needed to be seen ASAP. The girl that first came and got me and did all of my initial eye exams was amazing and just very funny and made me feel so comfortable. The new doctor that I saw was funny and very thorough and also amazing. And then the lady at the very end that helped me to find my new glasses was just as good. So needless to say, I’m going to stay here because I really really had a great visit this time.

Everyone was very kind and courteous. They treated me and every other patient there as if I ( they) was their only patient that day. I was impressed with all the many different eye exam machines and techniques for determining eye site or the lack of. In a world where caring and understanding have taken a backseat to indifference the staff at Hanover Family Eye Care treats everyone with genuine compassion. I’m happy that I selected them to get my eye exam and I’m also very happy that with glasses my vision can be improved to 20/25, yeah! It has been a long time since I’ve been able to actually read a book , newspaper, or my Bible without wearing those awful readers that are never exactly the strength I need. I was able to try on a few different styles and sizes of glasses to see which ones I liked. Oh, yeah, and they’re also one of the very few optometrists that accept Medicaid.

As always. Dr Kish and his team are a well-oiled machine, ensuring that you are seen and served in a smooth, timely manner. Dr Kish is so knowledgeable and thorough, and really intentional about taking the best care of his patients. I know several people beside myself who he has helped solve puzzling vision issues with great results. I'd rate him ten out of five if I could!

Hanover Family Eyecare is an exceptional practice. Dr. Kish is very knowledgeable and thorough - listening to all concerns. The technicians are kind, explaining each procedure to be sure you understand. Scheduling was easy. It was a very positive experience and my family and I will continue to use their services.

The nurse and doctor were very, very nice. They were caring very professional. However, I was not impressed with the receptionists, either one of them. They were not friendly at all….. Cold with a flat affect. First impressions are everything, and they gave a Very bad impression. This was my first visit. I’m not sure if I will come back.
