had appointment with Dr Lumpkin, fantastic experience as before. front staff was exceptional, appointment was quick, i arrived early and was taken in early too, loved that, the assistant for the pre check was great. and of course Dr Lumpkin was great. knew exactly what happened and what was needed. the rest unfortunately was terrible, was directed next door for the prescription collection, i guess this is to direct business to the store part. but the experience was bad, i waited, there were people in front of me, that is normal. lady came out, asked my name. asked to confirm details, dug out my sheet, handed it to me, turned her back and walked away....i felt so uncomfortable, i was under impression they did not do business with "walk ins" or unknown clients, or was not interested in my business at all, spoke to my wife and her experience was similar, are we not supposed to go there?, or use that part? maybe because we are foreigners?, i honestly do not know, the previous visit was same for me, why i had my glasses made elsewhere, problem is the quality seems to be the best around, my wife's experience. i will try one of the other locations not mechanicsville. but its a ways out for me.
