Outstanding experience. Everyone there is kind, patient, and genuinely attentive — he took the time to listen, explain everything clearly. The exam was thorough without feeling rushed. Recommend to anyone - The only negative I experienced is that they forgot to give my Driver License and Insurance Card back to me, (and I forget to ask), they said they'd mail them, but sadly the mail never came.

Excellent wait time. I was seen almost immediately at my appointment time. I was in and out in a few minutes. Dr. Pham was quick and accurate with his testing and in his diagnosis. The Support staff was professional and one lady was very exuberant. Great, quick and thorough experience that I will do next year.

My overall experience at this store was extremely disappointing. The store manager yelled at me and screamed at me during my visit. I found her behavior shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It made me feel intimidated and very uncomfortable. I felt I was treated unfairly, and the customer service was unacceptable. I also found the eyeglasses to be significantly more expensive than those at other optical stores offering similar products. I strongly recommend comparing prices at several optical stores before making a purchase. Don’t rely solely on online reviews—visit the store yourself, ask questions, compare prices, and make your own informed decision. Based on my personal experience, I left feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope no one else has the same experience. I will never return to this store and cannot recommend it to others.

Extremely positive experience. The staff was very attentive and eager to meet my needs. The Drs examination was thorough and explained all to me. I highly recommend this Davis Optical which also has a collection of great style frames.
