I have been using Debonair since 2017 and i will never choose another place unless they close. RJ and the team are incredible and ALWAYS willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality of work and customer service.
There’s an older women at the front desk and she can come off to be very rude. I didn’t end up buying anything and won’t be back.
It was time to upgrade from cheap Amazon readers so I turned to Debonair Eyes as I heard good things from neighbors and friends. They started off by asking a ton of questions to find out what I was actually needing, then we did the fun part of trying out dozens of frames to see what looked and fit best on my face, they explained all my options and I ended up going with two different sets. One for work where I’m mainly on the computer and another pair made by Hugo Boss that had a really cool magnetic clip on sunglass component that I will use for daily home life. I’m really happy with the result and the fair price.
Glasses are expensive and frameless are the worse. What distinguishes a business is not only price, but quality, attitude and customer service. RJ and the team are always pleasant and helpful, but also follow through and they do what they say they will do. Kudos to you folks!
I had a unique problem that Debonair Eyes solved, marvelously! I wear Oakley Juliets I got in 2001, and they're my absolute favorite pair of sunglasses. My prescription changed, as they tend to do... But my local RX stores told me that RX lenses are no longer available for my glasses. I refused to accept that answer and went in search of someone, anyone to help. I found Debonair Eyes and got a hold of them. They let me know what was available, along with pricing. I made my selection and they sent me a link to get the process started. They wanted me to send my frames to them, to make sure of a precise fit.. But settled on me just sending my current RX lenses. I received my new lenses today! I put them in my Juliets, and the fit is perfect! I didn't realize how blurry everything was until I got my new lenses. I look forward to doing business with them again, and this time I won't wait as long between updating my RX. Thank you Chris! You rock!
