This review is definitely delayed, but important nonetheless. While the service that I received here was from incredibly kind people, the glasses I received felt... Off. I have health anxiety, so I stuck with them, because the doctors told me they were right. Just short of a year later, I sent my partner to the same office. He got a script and ordered glasses from an outside provider. When he got them, the prescription wasn't right. He sent them back and was assured they were correct. This lead me to cancel my appointment and schedule elsewhere. I had, by this point, been having rapidly declining vision and center vision distortion. Today, I had a full work up with the new provider, who is in network with the office I had always seen before going to DeCesare. All of my vision problems were caused by being given a wildly incorrect prescription that I accepted because it was an improvement from not wearing glasses, they assured me it was correct, and I was very anxious. DeCesare did not dilate my eyes, they charged an additional $40 to have my eyes scanned (something that is included in my other doctor's testing - on the exact same Nikon diagnostic machine), and they sent both my partner and I home with incorrect prescriptions, a year apart, and we each saw a different Dr Paul. I cannot in good faith recommend DeCesare to anyone, and will not be returning. I am not one to ever leave a negative review, but it felt important to do so here.
