If I could give it a zero star I would my mom has been trying to make an appointment with them for a year and 7 month. Every time she got one they change it, the staff that make appointments are rude, and make a hobbi to lying every time you call with one or another reason for changing 1 or 2 changes I would understand but so many is pathetic. The office manager is no better lies straight to your face with one or another excuse. I guess one has to die first to see them, and I found out my mother has not been the only one with the same issues.

Very disappointed my appointment was at 4:45 call me to be 15 minutes early 5:35 still waiting people coming after me been calling,asked the cna she doesn’t know vey unprofessional

Don’t bring yourself or loved ones to this place. My wife has been very sick for the last month. Doctor based my wife’s health off of her looks and dress appearance. I have never seen or met such a group of unprofessional individuals in any field. Again, my wife health was determined by her appearance and not checked at all for what we went in concerned with. MD Ogwurike is beyond unprofessional and didn’t handle the visit in any form of a proper visit. It’s beyond disappointing that you sent two nurses in to speak to us who didn’t understand nor wanted to. The excuses that were given to us “the time ran out for your visit”. Please be careful visiting this health center and stay away from doctor Chinedu Oluchi Ogwurike. Beyond unprofessional and I never do reviews or state such a strong opinion about anyone.

I am very happy with the phlebotomist Brenda. She helped me out and was very professional and kind. Usually health care employees make me feel sad about the way they treat me but she was super Nice and attentive. Thank you Brenda.

Ms. Lauren Waterman NP went above and beyond her call of duty as a nurse practitioner. On July 27th of 2023, my family and I went in during our vacation. We had driven from Idaho in an RV. All eight of us. I was one of the two fortunate ones who did not get sick. So needless to say, all of us were tired and raggedy. We were very fortunate enough meet Lauren Waterman. What a WONDERFULLY KINDHEARTED AND PERFECT EXAMPLE of what all humanity should aspire to be. Never have I ever seen somebody be so GENUINELY kind and caring like she was with my whole family. WOW! I thank you thank you thank you!! …for being who you are and May the good Lord bless you richly!
