First off I’m selective and know the difference as a Senior. Great teamwork between the staff and a personal down to earth professional Eye Dr. Brian Gardner. How refreshing after going to an eye doctor group for 20 years that constantly kept you over 2 1/2 hours per visit because the office was so over crowded and overfilled for the money. Easy accessibility, pulling in to the separate office building with no parking issues at all. From start to finish. I would Highly recommend A-1 !

This was my first visit. After having pre-registered my information via a text link I was quite annoyed to have to go through everything again on the kiosk at the office and scan all my cards. My appointment took two hours and I honestly didn't feel as though I had the type of thorough examination that good ole Dr. Elliott provided for years.

They were really behind schedule, staff was very friendly and kept apologizing for the delay. Courtesy calls allowing clients an option to reschedule or provide a later appt time would of been much appreciated. Places want to charge 35$ for a missed appointment but I had to wait an hour past my appt time to be seen.

Always a great experience here. The staff are pleasant, office is clean and organized, and Dr. Gardener is phenomenal! Wait times can vary but it's usually fairly quick. My only rant would be that the optical center is so bright! It's torture after being dialated but certainly not worth taking a star away as I choose to pick out glasses the same day.

Great vibe when I arrived. Checked in with their digital machine. Fast, easy, and efficient! Loved the nurses and doc! He is amazing and caught something in my eyes that probably has saved my vision and this was my first visit! Will sing their praises for years to come!
