Great place. Wes fixed me up good. Thought my glasses were destroyed but he fixed them up good as new. Out standing. Great service. Well totally smashed my glasses again. Thought for sure they were history. But Wes and the guys over at Deputy Optics fixed them up good as new. Unbelievable and only $60.00 I will always recommend them to anyone
This place is incredible; Chris helped me with a same day appointment and was able to bend my glasses back to shape, and actually better than before. Amazing service.
Wes saved my vacation! I broke my glasses while on vacation in Lake Tahoe, and didn’t pack my spare pair. Google reviews pointed me to Deputy Optics and they didn’t disappoint. We got lucky and walked in when they were available, and Wes got started on our repair right away. Half an hour later my glasses were good as new! Thank you so much for the excellent service and the fantastic repair work.
I most highly recommend Deputy Optics. I was in Tahoe skiing when the hinge on my Costco glasses "decided" to separate from my frame . I stopped at the Carson City Costco and they were not able to repair them. Howewer the Optician there recommended me to Wes. She said he would be able to fix them. I was on my way home to San Diego that afternoon and I stopped in to see if they could repairthem and mail them to me. Wes was incredible, he not only repaired the hinge but did it while I waited. I highly recommend his establishment!
I've known the Deputy's personally and professionally since 1997. I moved to Carson City to join my Dad and run our dart business. I arrived with broken glasses and had no paperwork with my prescription information. That night I learned that my darting friends were in Optics! The next day I drove to Lake Tahoe so they could try and help me. I remember it took a while and lots of mix 'n match of frames and lenses. We were working with what was on hand. AMAZINGLY I left with solid glasses I could see through! Deputy Optics is definitely the "get it done" solution to your eye care needs.
