It was my first time going in. I had a prescription from a different provider, not a problem! Originally was told they were having some issues with some machines and the glasses wouldn't be ready that day, but Tuesday by the latest (I went in on a Friday). I got a text Saturday morning that they were ready, so no real delay at all! I don't have an insurance that covers glasses and these were super affordable! I was also able to get a coupon online for being a first time customer and got a free pair of glasses! The staff, overall, is friendly, kind, and helpful! We personally worked with Niki and she's SO kind and amazingly helpful! We had SO many questions and she answered everything with grace and thoroughly! Overall wonderful experience and I will be returning!

Winner! Went in to look at new frames for regular glasses and sunglasses! Found what I needed. Staff wonderful! Great discounts and my regular frames were ready in 30 minutes! My polarized sunglasses need to be ordered. Nikki B was knowledgeable and friendly! Convenient location and quality frames and lenses! Thank you!

This was my first time in the store. I am very disappointed and do not recommend their services. I booked an appointment for my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia. We live in South Lake Tahoe and I drove down there for my appointment only to find out that they did not actually have an optometrist and they did not care to even call us. The appointment was made online and our phone numbers were provided. Common decency, call the person to cancel the appointment instead of having them drive an hour down there each way for an appointment that doesn’t even exist. I’m extremely disappointed with this place and will not recommend them to anyone.

The customer service was prompt and personal. Both sales representatives were contentious and friendly and I glasses were ready in 20 minutes. Not to mention the savings. I highly recommend this store.

Best place to get glasses in Carson City. They were done in less than an hour and took my insurance without any issues. The ladies that work there are super intelligent, friendly and knowledgeable.
