Went to the store yesterday to pick out glasses for my 10 year old. We had the eye exam at another clinic but they had a dearth of low bridge frames for him so we tried here. The lady who helped us was busy but so kind. She showed us to the frames and communicated well - telling us she'd give us some time to browse and then would check in on us and give us her opinions and advice too. She gave advice on fit and made the entire process pleasant and stress free. It's not common to find a person who has both 1. expertise and is 2. kind. At our previous clinic, the technician was so short with us (my son actually told me she was scary) that even though I intended to get his pupillary distance from them, I didn't want to engage with her anymore than we had to so we left without getting the PD done. This place has it all: tons of kids frames in store from lots of different great brands, the stellest lens we needed, and a friendly staff.
