Came for my yearly eye exam about 2 weeks ago ,and Dr.Xiong was great!! Friendly and she was very through. Then I met Daisy who is a sweetheart,she got me the best price on both pair of my eyeglasses and she answered all of my questions and she is very patient. Daisy,you are the reason that I will continue doing business at LensCrafters(only this location) and I purchase a 2nd pair because you were very nice and caring. I will definitely be back for more glasses and KUDOS TO YOU DAISY👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I must also say that The Manager is very nice as well. My glasses came back fast and I love them👓 👓

They don’t tell you your $900 progressive lens only gives you a square inch of view so if you want it view frame wider as it should be, that will be another $200. Frames then broke in half after literally 2 days of wear. Never again…

Jermaine assisted with my frame choice and lense fitting. I was impressed that he was knowledgeable about availability and style. Also, he was helpful in my final choice. 10 minutes after that, I was out of there. Grateful for the sudden service, Friendly and helpful Attitude. You don’t get that at Walmart!

I was skeptical of the remote exam but it was good. I felt that I got a comprehensive exam and all bases were covered. Camille was especially helpful and even saved me money by bundling my glasses and contacts together. Highly recommend.
