Absolutely ridiculous customer service. If you only have Medicaid do NOT come here. They told me 9 days for my glasses, but after 14 days I called just for this woman to tell me she “doesn’t know when they’re coming in.” Then after a MONTH, they call me to tell me they have the wrong prescription and have to get them redone. She says they’ll be done that same week. Didn’t get them until today, only to see my lenses are a quarter inch thick. This is the worst possible place you can go to get your glasses. Never come here

They are always so helpful here. My son and daughter both wear glasses and have gotten their eyes exams and glasses here. Edit: so in the past few years prices have skyrocketed and customer service has plummeted. They'll try and upsell you on everything. It's still easy and convenient enough but price wise there are a lot of better options, places with promotions.

I have been going here for the past 4 years plus and this is the last time I’d every go back something was off I had an eye exam in February this year (2022) I go in for my free second pair this month before the year is up and I brought my own frames they insisted I see the doctor for a new eye exam mind u nothing changed and the eye doctor was no help I feel my glasses aren’t ready right script and not to mention the staff were rude and im helpful and unorganized. All in all anywhere would be better then this place amd the shady insurance scams they pull

Have been wearing glasses for over 10 years; have done multiple exams and been to numerous optometrists. Hands down the best places to go. Amazing customer service, Kathy was great and extremely attentive and Dr. Samuel was very informative and detailed. Extremely quick service as well in and out in no time at all and my glasses came in the same week.

I have been a client of Designer Optical for about 2 and 1/2 years now and I have Medicaid. I have found the Doctor and staff to be very courtesy, helpful and respectful every time I go to see them. Not once have they ever disrespect me in any way or the fact that I have Medicaid. It is sad that people go out their way to discredit and ruin a business because they are rude, impatient and walk around like the world owes them something just because they exist. I honestly believe that NO, the customer's not always right! Hardly ever! They are here to provide a service to the community and as we all know, you give an inch, they'll take a yard. People need to understand that every business we go to works to provide a service and not to pamper your whims. You take care of them and they'll take care of you. If business weren't here for us, we'd all be screwed! Learn to appreciate business that are here to help us and services us and get that bat out your Arses already!
