I have had nothing but terrible service from this clinic, they canceled 4 appointments had scheduled for my son and everytime I rescheduled it they would cancel the day of appointment. The one appt that was not canceled we showed up and they had canceled his treatment he was scheduled for and offered to do cleaning instead. The office manager is kind and helpfull. Our experience with the x ray tech is awfull,not child friendly at all.Hours to wait in sitting room for scheduled appointment with no seats. I hope this place improves and offers child friendly staff to families.

I would give this place no stars if I could. My sister's appointment was at 10:00am. We arrived here at 9:55 and she was not seen until 1pm. The young man at the check in counter straight up did not check her in so we were completely overlooked for three hours because of this. A girl who had arrived and checked in before us was told to "come back later" and when asked how long the wait time would be by multiple people they woukd only tell people "theres only one more person ahead of you" which was lie because my sister wasnt even checked in yet. I am absolutely appalled at the terrible wait time and the amount of people that were scheduled so close together. This place sucks and its easier to pay out of pocket than come here. Don't waste your time.

Unlike my dentist for adults, it’s very easy to get a quick appointment at Children’s Choice, even for a routine checkup. Patients end up being seen quickly. Employees are very friendly, receptionist, tech, & doctor. Would highly recommend.

Office staff wasn't very inviting when we first got there and same as when we were making appointment leaving. I didn't get his name but the guy dentist is very nice and friendly. We really liked him. I also liked all the girls in back helping. The X-ray tech was very nice. She made my kids very comfortable. Didn't get her name but the lady dentist isn't very friendly. My kids were kinda scared of her

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST dental office I have ever had to deal with!! My special needs child has been waiting for over a month to be scheduled for sedation. I have yet to hear back from them. They never answer their phone and their answering machine says they will return your call within 24 hours! I have yet to hear back from anyone! My son’s chart was flagged for emergency by theiir regular dentist BECAUSE HIS CASE IS URGENT! Was told that should hopefully make them get back to me within 3 days… here we are again with no call! NEGLIGENCE!!!!
