We had to go and get my husband a pair of of glasses. Never been to Stanton Optical but we will be coming back. Customer service was on point. The Sales Manager Ellerey ( pardon the mispell) did a great job. Being an Optician myself I was impressed with her knowledge. They will have returning customers with us

I cannot say enough positive things about this place Especially A’Lora, I was taking an absolute ridiculous time to get it from the “eye doctor” Somewhere else. I went in with met with kindness and compassion. She spent quite a while, helping me making sure the lenses were perfect. Needing a new prescription and never having bifocals before even though it was a slight prescription spent so much time making sure they were perfect. Not the “standard “ For what everyone’s eyes are and just left. No, she started with the “standard and made sure they were both perfectly adjusted. To the point when I was slightly different than the other. The prices were amazing so much better than dealing with anyone else. I’m not sure what more positive things I can explain about my visit. I didn’t catch the other girls’s name when I came in in tears after how I was treated today with the other place when they messed up my Glasses that finally came in after three months. She met me with openness kindness. She could tell I was upset.. Reassured me that everything will be OK and if something is wrong, they will fix it and make sure everything is perfect, Let me know if something is wrong with so many days of getting my glasses, which is a good amount of time. They will make sure it’s fixed again for you as soon as possible., Generally, with a rush, order For you as much as possible. Anyone needing eyeglasses please go to speak to these wonderful ladies. A’LORA ! I hope corporate sees this the owners whoever this can reach higher-ups for you. I have never had a better experience with getting glasses.

This store has PHENOMENAL customer service! A'Lora is not only extremely welcoming and friendly upon entering the store, she also has a beautiful EYE (pun intended) for fashion and is extremely knowledgeable on eye health! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a jiffy, I was very happy with my purchase. I am a returning customer (I purchased a pair of single vision lenses in lovely frames previously), and I finally was fed up with my nonprescription $12 sunglasses from Target that my dog had chewed up--it was time for an upgrade. I was hesitant, but thanks to A'Lora's extremely welcoming nature, I was able to find the best pair of sunglasses for my face shape and style while also successfully staying within my budget. Thank you SO much, and shout out to Ellery for your input as well--I was stuck between two frames and the two of them did a great job helping me reason my way through the decision. I went into the Chico CA, store today expecting to pay alot to replace the frames of my glasses that broke lastnight, since my glasses were no longer under warranty. I was very pleased that the assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy. She made it affordable and provided excellent customer service.

Was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Brittany promised me a quick exam and she delivered. Then I got an amazing deal from free contacts for a year to designer glasses with all the newest technology. All my optical needs were met and I was in/out in 45 minutes. I would recommend Stanton Optical to anyone. Thanks again
