I’ve had a good experience with Diagnostic Clinic. The check in and check out process has been positive for me. Those folks are busy but always give their undivided attention to the person whose turn it is. I didn’t care for my first nurse, a few years ago, as she was judgmental. She didn’t seem to last long though. My doctor, Dr. Beasley, and his team were always pleasant and caring. I never had a problem with lack of communication. I usually used the patient portal and depending on what day it was, received an answer within the next day or two. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is their imaging facilities. I really missed getting my mammogram at Bay Care Facilities, as well as bone density.

I recently moved to Clearwater and researched to find a Primary Care Doctor. I came across Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group and had my first appointment today. Every person I came in contact with could not have been more helpful. Nice receptionist, very nice medical assistant and the checkout lady was very helpful. The doctor (Dr. Kathleen Hayden) is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hayden was actually the worst physician I ever met. My wife and I went to visit her to set up as a new patient, the initial visit was fine. Besides her questioning our relationship status,, she was professional. The next time my wife went for a follow up and I wasn't there Dr. Hayden swore up and down she never met my wife. She looked at her chart and was still saying that she had never met my wife. After the appointment Dr. Hayden refused to do any lab work or listen to any referrals from specialists because, again, she swore my wife wasn't her patient. Left after 2 visits, never seeing her again.

I've spoke with Lynn multiple times now and she's always so kind and gentle when she answers the phone, I genuinely wish her so much luck. With the clinic shutting down I hope someone else hires her if she isnt already, she's very kind and always so understanding. Gonna miss everyone at this clinic and I hope that you all are safe and well, never had a practice that I felt comfortable with until here.

WINTER HAVEN OFFICE - BEWARE! I informed the doctor that I was there for a wellness visit. I need them to code as a wellness visit so that I can get the credit from my insurance company. Instead, the physician coded the visit as a new patient visit. When I got the bill, I called their billing service, and she was very rude and wouldn't let me know how the visit was coded. I am the patient. Then I called several times to the office and no call back. After two bill they sent my husband to collections. which made no sense. Just because my husband is the primary card holder, I was the one with the visit. Also, I was supposed to have a follow up on one of their providers and I never receive a call. The office staff state a phone call was made, if so, then why I don't I have a voice mail.
