I wear progressive lenses. Prior to purchase, I was given a thorough overview of best frame size for my prescription and then a mini-tutorial on what to expect. The bargain frames weren't hidden away and there was no pressure or upsale. Best part? My progressives were made correctly the first time, no errors and no adjustments needed. Best glasses I've ever worn.
