Since moving to San Antonio, I’ve had to find and establish care with new doctors, and I’m so glad I chose this office for my eye care. Since I started working from home, I thought it would be a good idea to get my eyes checked again, and I’m really happy I chose this office out of all the options available. The two girls at the front desk were super, super nice, friendly, and helpful. They were always polite and welcoming, and you can genuinely tell they enjoy what they do by the way they treat their patients. The doctor was also incredibly nice and helpful. During my exam, he discovered something new about my eyes that I had never known about before. Apparently, the glands in my eyelids weren’t functioning properly, which was causing the irritation, dryness, and burning I had been experiencing. I decided to go ahead with the laser treatment on my eyelids, and WOW—what a complete difference! I can already feel such a huge improvement. I’m so glad he recommended the treatment because otherwise, I would have continued walking around with dry, burning eyes without even realizing what was causing it. I’m definitely glad I found this office, and I’ll be coming back for my yearly exams. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye doctor and a friendly, caring staff!

I had a great experience at Eye Theory. Dr. Nancherla was very nice, informative, and made the whole exam feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The office was very clean and well-organized. The lady at the front desk was also super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Overall, everything from start to finish was smooth and professional. I’m new to the area and needed a last‑minute appointment, and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I was immediately impressed they already had my insurance information and expected costs prepared before I even arrived. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team took great care of me; both ladies were kind, friendly, and offered truly amazing customer service. Dr. Sanjay Nancherla was phenomenal. He took his time explaining everything clearly, offered helpful suggestions I hadn’t considered, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. I left with a comprehensive eye exam, a contact lens exam, glasses, and contacts, all at an impressive price. I’m grateful to have found such a welcoming and professional office. DR. SANJAY NANCHERLA Is so wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything in detail so I fully understand my eyes/prescription. He also works tirelessly to help ensure my best vision while taking into consideration my preferences and needs. Front desk is professional and helpful. Really love this office !

My husband and I had appointments back to back on Saturday, so we had to bring our toddler. They were so great with her as we tag teamed our appointments. The Dr was very knowledgeable and efficient! I needed glasses and contacts, they had a special going where if you buy the frames they will include the lenses for free and a $300 rebate on a year of contacts. I paid the same amount at Eye Theory for a year of contacts, new frames, new lenses, and two eye exams as what I did just for contacts at my old eye dr!!! And that doesn’t even include the $300 rebate. Oh and the online booking is a huge plus because I only remember about needing to schedule these once a year appointments at 11pm 😆 5 stars!!
